About

Hello, my name is Hannah and I'm so glad you're here!

From the moment I became a mother at 19, my life was transformed. I had two children by the time I was 20, and my world revolved around them, their needs, their dreams, and their futures. As I watched my husband pursue his career, I was filled with both admiration and a little envy. His achievements were a constant reminder of what I longed for: the chance to build something of my own, to step into the professional world, but without leaving my children behind. Achieving that balance always seemed impossible.

But I kept the dream alive!

While staying at home and raising my two children, I took the leap into further education, studying for a business management and marketing degree. I desperately wanted to gain knowledge, new skills, and, most importantly, I wanted to realise my own potential.

Marketing quickly became a real passion, and a great way for me to channel my creativity and curiosity. My husband's unwavering support gave me the confidence to continue, even on the toughest days.

However, as someone with ADHD, looking to enter the world of marketing, I struggled with consistency, focus and planning, all of which act as a cornerstone of marketing. My brain instead thrived on creativity and spontaneity. The discipline of sticking to a plan has always felt out of reach. And with epilepsy, I had to navigate the unpredictability of my health while chasing my dreams. The combination made me doubt whether I could ever succeed in a field that demands so much discipline and routine.

But then came the breakthrough.

After completing an internship and working with some small start ups, I started to realise something: I needed to stop conforming. I could carve out something of my own by being unapologetically myself. I should be posting when it works for me, I should show up as often or as little as I see fit and I should be my scatty self if it means getting my point across. After all, marketing is about standing out, not fitting in!

That's when I decided to create Love Marketing, a platform dedicated to helping aspiring marketers and small business owners understand how they can use content. I didn't want to build a traditional business, I wanted to create a space where people could discover what authenticity really means in Marketing.

What drives me is my obsession with figuring out what works. What actually makes a post go viral? What strategies move the needle? How do we create content that truly resonates with people? These questions fuel my passion, and I'm on a mission to find the answers, not just for myself, but for anyone who's ever felt overwhelmed by the noise of the marketing world. At Love Marketing, it's never about perfection. It's about progress. I want to break down the complexities of marketing and get to the nitty gritty. Whether it's crafting the perfect Instagram caption, nailing an intro post, or building a strategy that works time and time again, I'm here to share what I've learned, and to keep learning alongside you. Because if I can bloody do it, so can you.
